Terms of service

1. You have the right to request products that match the description and are of acceptable quality; enjoy the agreed return, exchange, and warranty services; check order and logistics status; and provide feedback or complaints regarding the service.
 
2. Check the goods upon receipt. For any damage during logistics, you must report it within 48 hours and provide proof; comply with product usage guidelines and do not disassemble or modify the product without authorization.
 
3. Standard/express delivery is provided according to the transportation policy, and logistics tracking is supported.
 
4. Warranty guarantee: 2-year statutory warranty, starting from the date of purchase, covering original factory quality issues (key malfunction, interface failure, etc.).
 
5. Return and exchange service: Returns are processed according to the policy. Users have a 14-day no-reason return right. For quality/incorrect delivery issues, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs and taxes.
 
6. We provide keyboard usage consultation, driver installation guidance, and other services. You can contact us through customer service email or platform channels.
 
7. Products comply with the regulations of the target market and strictly adhere to GDPR data protection regulations. We do not illegally collect user information.
 
8. We assume legal after-sales responsibility for product quality issues, but are not liable for losses caused by improper user operation (water damage, breakage, unauthorized modification), incorrect address, or force majeure (natural disasters, policy adjustments).
 
9. We are not liable for indirect losses (such as data loss, business interruption, etc.), and our liability compensation will not exceed the actual payment amount of the corresponding order.
